Other drugs which act as an acetylcholine inhibitor, such as Oxybutynin, Glycopyrrolate, Propantheline bromide, and Benzatropine, are proven efficient in treating this condition. Recently, doctors also suggest operation or surgery called the Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy and Lumbar Sympathectomy to relieve you from hyperhidosis without much risk. You could go and consult your physician which one is the most appropriate treatment for you, although it is best to keep away from such procedures.
The best way to manage the problem would be to firstly learn to control your stress and anxiety level. Do not let excessive sweating take control of your life, otherwise the stress it causes will only make the problem worse! Reduce your consumption of caffeine and very spicy foods. Also, attempt to give up smoking first so that you know that your excessive sweating is not the result of this bad habit.
